Pici Cacio e Pepe
Pici is a thick, hand-rolled pasta traditional of the Tuscan province of Siena. Made from a simple dough of flour, water, and salt, Pici is especially delicious prepared “Cacio e Pepe” style, with a creamy sauce made of aged Pecorino cheese, salt, and lots of ground black pepper. Buon appetito!
