Pici alle Briciole (“Pici pasta with breadcrumbs”) is a traditional Tuscan dish from Siena and its neighboring towns. It is one of many ways to prepare pici pasta (although it’s my personal favorite) and involves tossing the homemade pasta in a skillet with toasted breadcrumbs, EVOO, garlic, chili pepper, and occasionally sausage.
