Pasta e Piselli (Pasta with Peas)

If you are looking for something easy and delicious to prepare for lunch or dinner, then “Pasta e piselli” is the way to go. Use short, soup-type pasta such as ditalini mixed with cooked fresh peas and sauteed onions. Add black pepper, EVOO and plenty of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Buon appetito!
