Inspired by the gruesome torture endured by St. Agatha, patron saint of the Italian city of Catania, this Sicilian specialty is made with ricotta cheese, chocolate, candied orange. All of it is then covered with marzipan and topped with a maraschino cherry. Buon appetito!
