You know you are in Tuscany when your meal starts with “Crostini Toscani” (chicken liver pate crostini). A staple of a traditional Tuscan antipasto, this delicious combination of chicken liver, onions, anchovies, butter, chicken broth and capers is spread over small pieces of toasted Tuscan bread dipped in chicken broth.
