I find that the most delicious things in life are usually the simplest. This dish is nothing more than a spread made of high-quality fresh sausage mixed with fresh stracchino cheese (ratio of 4 sausage links to 7 grams of cheese). Spread on sliced baguette or smaller pieces of good Italian bread, cook on a cookie sheet at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes, then broil for another 2 minutes. Mamma mia che buono! Buon appetito!
