A classic seafood dish made in all of Italy, “Calamari Ripieni” are easy to prepare as they are good. Simply fill cleaned squid tubes with stuffing made with bread, chopped squid tentacles, parsley, olive oil, egg, white wine, olive oil, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
