Supplì

A typical street food of Rome, these little rice croquettes are filled with simple tomato sauce and mozzarella. The Romans call them “Supplì al telefono” (“phone-style Supplì) because of the stringy mozzarella cord that forms when you pull them apart. Fun and deliziosi. Buon appetito!
