Pasta con le Sarde

A traditional Sicilian pasta dish, Pasta con le Sarde, is a simple recipe that packs a big flavor punch. Simply combine and cook fresh sardines, onions, wild foraged fennel, pine nuts, uvetta raisins, saffron, EVOO and salt and pepper to taste. It is usually served over spaghetti, but feel free to choose your favorite type of pasta. Buon appetito!
