Pasta alla Primavera

A celebration of spring for all five senses, “Pasta alla Primavera” (“Pasta in the spring manner”) is as good as it is pretty. A sauteed medley of fresh springtime vegetables including zucchini, peppers, fava beans, carrots – and pretty much any other vegetable you want – tossed with your favorite pasta. Buon appetito!
