Focaccia

Focaccia is a type of salted Italian flatbread with a dimpled texture and drizzled with fresh EVOO and rock salt. It is usually soft and chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Focaccia can be used for making sandwiches or pannini, as a substitute for bread, or simply enjoyed on its own. Buon appetito!
