Filetti di baccalà alla Romana (Cod fish filets Roman style) are simple to prepare and absolutely delicious. Simply flour and fry your cod fish filets and set aside. In another pan, sauté onions, tomatoes, and pitted olives in EVOO for about 30 minutes and salt and pepper to taste.
