Bussola Burenelli

A traditional sweet biscuit typical of the Venetian Island of Burano, Bussola Buranello were once an Easter season specialty but now can be found year-round. Made of egg yolk, flour, butter and sugar, they can be served as a snack or a dessert and go well with sweet wines. Buon appetito!
