Via Veneto

The Via Veneto is one of the most famous, elegant, and expensive streets of Rome, Italy. Built in the 1880s, the street acquired international fame in the 1950s and 60s as the center of Rome’s “Dolce Vita,” or rich and glamorous lifestyle. Celebrities such as Gregory Peck, Gary Cooper, Audrey Hepburn, Marcello Mastroianni, Orson Wells and Coco Chanel – just to name a few – were regulars in many of the street’s famous cafés, restaurants, and hotels! Buona visita!
