Terraces Cathedral, Florence

Located about 32m/105ft above the ground, the terraces of Florence cathedral are located on the roofs of the church’s side aisles. Supported by corbels and enclosed by a handsome white marble balustrade, the 70m/230ft. long walkways allow visitors close-up views of the rose windows, polychrome marble facing, and the great dome of the cathedral. They also permit breathtaking views of the neighboring belltower and skyline of the city of Florence surrounded by its beautiful lush, green hills. Join me on June 21 and 27, 2023, in Florence and experience the beauty of the Cathedral terraces firsthand! Buona visita!
