San Zaccaria, Venice
Located in the Castello sestiere of Venice, Italy, the church of San Zaccaria is a 15th-century former monastic church. It was originally built in the 9th century to house the relic of St. Zechariah, the father of St. John the Baptist. The church is home to one of Giovanni Bellini’s most important masterpieces, “The San Zaccaria Altarpiece.” Buona visita!
