Roman Forum

The Roman Forum was the political, religious, economic, and social center of ancient Rome. A majority of the city’s most important buildings were in and around the forum, so that it became the urban center of daily life. Today, the Roman Forum is an open-air archeological park where a visitor can find the ruins of triumphal arches, basilicas, temples, and the magnificent house of the Vestal Virgins. Buona visita!
