Known colloquially as the Parco dei Mostri (“Monster Park”), the Sacro Bosco (“Sacred Grove”) is a monumental sculptural and architectural complex located in the Bomarzo in northern Lazio. Attributed to Pietro Ligorio and Simone Moschino, the garden is situated below the Orsini Castle and adorned with grotesque sculptures and fantastic small buildings.
