Located in Florence, Italy, the Palazzo Davanzati was originally constructed in the 14th century by the Davizzi family and was later owned by the Davanzati family. The exterior of the palace is one of the few surviving examples of domestic architecture from the 1300s and demonstrates the transition from medieval tower house to Renaissance palace. The interior of the palace was restored in the 20thcentury and transformed into a museum showcasing domestic life in the Middle Ages. Buona visita!
