Museums of Strada Nuova, Genoa

Located in Genoa, Italy, the Museums of Strada Nuova comprise three museums which form a single museum complex. The three museums are the Palazzo Rosso, the Palazzo Bianco, and the Palazzo Tursi (which is also Genoa’s city hall). 15th-20th century paintings by Spanish, Flemish and Italian artists are in the Palazzo Rossi (including Dürer’s “Portrait of a Young Man”), while Italian artists from the 15th century onwards are showcased in the Palazzo Bianco, and the Palazzo Tursi houses Antoio Canova’s “Penitent Magdalene.” Buona visita!
