Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, Milan

Technically the world’s oldest active shopping gallery, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II is located in Milan, Italy, and was built in 1865. It was named after the first king of Italy and consists of a 4-story double arcade. The most spectacular feature of the galleria is its arching glass and cast-iron roof and central dome. Today the shops are home to theworld’s leading luxury brands. Buona visita!
