The Baroque style church of San Giuseppe is located in Taormina’s most celebrated square – Piazza IX Aprile. It was built with local stone in the late 17th and early 18th centuries. A double staircase leads up to the large central portal in the church’s majestic façade. The interior of the church is defined by a single nave and decorated with elaborate floral-patterned stucco work.  Buona visita!
