An alternative, informative and well-written interpretation of the iconography of the Sistine Chapel Ceiling. By no means do I agree with the authors’ interpretation, and I do have quite a few bones to pick regarding misinformation that is employed in order to sustain a personal agenda, but the book does offer the opportunity to look at the “same old ceiling” in a completely different way.
