Third-generation restaurant owner, Chiara Masiero, and her daughters Vittoria and Matilde will teach you how to prepare “Pasta with butter, parmigiano and herbs” and “Veal Saltimbocca alla Romana” – IN REAL TIME!  We will transport you into the kitchen of Florence’s most celebrated and authentic restaurant and discover the secrets behind its exceptional food.

The live stream will include a 45-minute live stream cooking demonstration followed by 15-minutes of Q&A.
