In-person Lecture Tour of the Italian Art at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, Boston

Join Dr. Rocky for this in-person event where he will lead you through the extraordinary collection of Italian Renaissance art at the ISGM. From medieval masters such as Simone Martini and Ambrogio Lorenzetti, to early Renaissance artists such as Fra Angelico and Botticelli, through to the sublime genius of the high Renaissance with works by Raphael, Titian and Veronese, the Italian art collection at the ISGM is one of the world’s finest. The visit will also include the “Metal of Honor: Gold from Simone Martini to Contemporary Art” exhibition.
