FREE WEBINAR | Italy’s Great Monuments: San Miniato Church in Florence
Presented by Dr. Rocky Ruggiero
This free webinar will explore the art, architecture, and history of one of the most celebrated Romanesque churches of medieval Europe. The one-thousand-year-old church of San Miniato al Monte in Florence, Italy, houses an exotic mix of artistic styles inside of a distinctly mysterious atmosphere. Consecrated in 1018 AD as a Benedictine church and monastery, the structure is one of the prime examples of Romanesque architecture in Italy.
The webinar will include a 45-minute lecture followed by 15-minutes of Q&A.
