Although not as well known as many of his contemporaries because a majority of his works are not in major Italian cities such as Rome, Florence and Venice, Piero della Francesca was a giant of the early Renaissance. His combination of meticulous perspective, voluminous figures and bright uniform light produced one of the most unique painting styles of the Renaissance.

Join Dr. Rocky for this free webinar, which will examine the extraordinary career of the artist focusing on his most iconic works such as The Legend of the True Cross, The Portraits of the Duke and Duchess of Urbino and The Flagellation, which has been described as “the greatest small painting in the world.”
