Individuals on the wait list will be contacted if space becomes available and can inquire about event status by contacting us. If you choose to withdraw from a wait list, please notify us.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Refunds are provided if cancelation is made 30 days prior to the event. After that time, a refund will not be provided. We do understand that these things sometimes happen and while we are unable to offer a refund for last-minute illnesses, work-related conflicts or events beyond our control, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
Late Arrivals and No Shows will not be eligible for a refund.
