WALKING TOUR OF SIENA: “The Gothic Dream”

Discover the medieval magic of Siena as you walk the streets of this historic Tuscan hilltown. The tour will begin with a close-up exterior view of the striking Gothic-style Cathedral of Siena. We will then continue on to the Piazza del Campo, which has been described as the most beautiful piazza in Italy and where the celebrated Palio horse race is run, and enter the medieval town hall called Palazzo Pubblico to view Ambrogio Lorenzetti’s amazing fresco cycle called “The Allegory of Good and Bad Government.” Afterwards, we will visit a historic “Contrada” (one of Siena‘s 17 neighborhoods) building, to explore their Palio museum of costumes, memorabilia and victory trophies.

• Full payment is due at the time of booking.
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the day of the tour can be refunded or credited.
• There will be no refunds for tours booked within 7 days of the tour.
• Cancellation by Rocky Ruggiero LLC can be refunded or credited.
• Late Arrivals and No Shows are non-refundable. This is applicable to any tour participant that fails to arrive or arrives after tours departure.
