From his cucina privata in Florence, Italy, Chef Matteo adds his signature twists to traditional recipes and teaches you how to transform one recipe into multiple dishes. From turkey, to truffles to tiramisù (and much, much more), this first volume of cooking classes reveals the secrets and techniques of a true culinary genius. Learn how to master Italian food from a true maestro!

World-renowned chef Matteo Boglione was born in Italy. In 2010, he opened the critically acclaimed restaurant in New York City called “Il Matto.” In 2013, Matteo became the Executive Chef at Le Cirque in New York City, and then later at Le Cirque Signature in Mumbai and Bangalore. He now lives in his hometown of Florence, Italy, works as a private chef and is preparing a multi-volume publication of his most successful and renowned recipes.

Virtual Classroom: Upon registration, participants will have full access to an online educational platform with videos of cooking classes, recipes, and discussion forum. Each cooking session lasts between 75 and 90 minutes, including Q&A.

– LESSON 1: CLASSIC TUSCAN

– LESSON 2: LASAGNA ALLA BOLOGNESE – THE RIGHT WAY!

Perhaps more than any other Italian recipe, lasagna has been transformed and manipulated into a dish where the only Italian thing left is its name! Executive Chef Matteo Boglione is back to teach you how to make one of Italy’s most classic dishes the way it is actually made in Italy! This cooking class from Florence, Italy, will effectively teach you how to prepare three recipes – delicious Italian lasagna, Chef Matteo’s signature ragù, and classic béchamel sauce. Buon appetito!

– LESSON 3: REINVENTING RISOTTO

Join Chef Matteo in this cooking class from his cucina (kitchen) in Florence, Italy. – LESSON 5: TRUFFLE MAGIC

Executive Chef Matteo Boglione returns to celebrate white truffle season! Chef Matteo will teach you how to prepare two extraordinary dishes with both black and white varieties of truffles: Cauliflower Flan with cream of Parmigiano and black truffle sauce and Homemade tagliolini pasta (prepared live) with white truffle.

– LESSON 6: CHOCOLATE INDULGENCE

Chef Matteo is back again from his cucina in Florence, Italy, to teach you the art of seduction by chocolate. Nothing says ti amo like a trio of unabashedly indulgent chocolate desserts – Flourless Chocolate Cake, Lava Cake, and White Chocolate Mousse.
