Lecture and Dinner “Saints, Symbols and Spaghetti”, by Rocky Ruggiero, Ph.D.

This lecture will explore the sometimes violent, often bizarre, and always fascinating representations of saints and martyrs in Italian art. From St. Sebastian’s arrows to St. Lucy’s eyeballs to St. Lawrence’s barbecue grill, Prof. Ruggiero will provide an engaging, informative and entertaining lecture about saint imagery and symbolism.

After the lecture, participants will enjoy a traditional Italian dinner and taste wines chosen to perfectly pair with the meal.

Refunds are provided if cancelation is made 30 days prior to the event. After that time, a refund will not be provided. We do understand that these things sometimes happen and while we are unable to offer a refund for last-minute illnesses, work-related conflicts or events beyond our control, you are welcome to send someone in your place.

Late Arrivals and No Shows will not be eligible for a refund.
